W2DR Posted October 5, 2019 Share Posted October 5, 2019 I'm reinstalling P3Dv4 and have a full install of ORBX products in FSX. When reinstalling P3Dv4 using FTX Central there was an option available to "search for files locally" in order to minimize the download(s) required. I don't see that option in ORBX Central. It's just re-downloading everything all over again. Did I miss something...help...Doug Quote Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. Mitchell Williamson Posted October 7, 2019 Share Posted October 7, 2019 Hi Doug, This wasn't included in Orbx Central as it had quite a large effect on the time it took to install (it was often faster to just download fresh files) and also introduced a large amount of complexity into the installation process. This may be something we consider in the future, but our current solution to this type of scenario is use of the automatic backup system included in Orbx Central.
