All initiates well it appears to recall the file and ready to install, but I continue to get a COMMUNICATION ERROR message! I can't get passed that error it won't let me install anything. I purchased a new product just to check if a new file will install, but not even a new file gets install. Don't know what to do any more or who to contact for help! Please, advise!
