So no snow coverage, you'll have a green/brown airport with white surroundings during those months (January/February). And there is a slight mis-match with Spring textures I could observe. If I select Spring season in P3D, it will set the date to March. Then the base texture will still show brown winter instead of green Spring matching the surroundings. Later in April all is fine.
