resolved Another Install

Purchased the TE Washington expansion pack. Downloaded new library and version 4 of Orbx Central. I am now using a separate 10TB drive with a second XP install. I downloaded and installed TE Washington there last night and it is working fine. Today when I went to install the expansion pack, it said that I needed to install TE and it began the process of reinstalling the product again (which I dont want to go through).

 

Is there a reason Orbx Central cant see the install on my drive? It is right where it is supposed to be and working as I tried it on XP.

Orbx Central is asking me to re-download my Washington install in order to download the expansion pack. TE install is there and working. How can I make Orbx Central see what I'm seeing?

If you haven't already, you can safely cancel the download that is paused.

 

 

Can you please take a screenshot of Settings -> Libraries?

 

Please also take a screenshot of G:\Orbx Library\xp11\TrueEarth US Washington.

 

Additionally, do you see any TrueEarth Washington folders in G:\X-Plane 11\Custom Scenery?

Yes. There are the 3 folders. I found this in the log.txt file

Looks like I am missing some files. I looked in the customer folder and those files were in fact missing so I began the download again.

 

 

Please also take a screenshot of G:\Orbx Library\xp11\TrueEarth US Washington. - Folder is empty.

Looks like the Custom folder was missing files. once i re-downloaded via Orbx Central, everything seems in order. Thanks for the help.
