Reinstall with ORBC Central

Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations, or by pressing Control + Shift + L.

  • Windows: %APPDATA%/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • Linux: ~/.config/Orbx/Central/central.log

You can delete this box/quote once your log is attached




Operating system:  Windows

Simulator:  P3D v4.5HF




Again problem with ORBC Central! I have reinstalled P3D. I already have a soft link from ORBX in P3D to another disk. When I start ORBX central it says that all scenerys are installed. They are not. In scenery.gfg there is no ORBX scenerys. I then press Veryfi Files. It works on some of the scenerys, on some not at all. The Scottland region has been stuck halfway and I can't do anything about it.
Please tell me how to reinstall ORBX.

Hi Thomas,


It looks like your scenery.cfg file isn't being updated with your installed products as the scenery configuration step is failing.


Can you try the following:

- Visit the Insertion Point settings in Orbx Central and tick the 'Enable Advanced Layering' checkbox.

- Run a Sync Simulator under Settings > Help.


Performing the following two steps will switch the scenery configuration process to a newer process which should handle the error you're encountering.


If you're still seeing issues can you attach your log file after running the above steps.
