I have just finished my first VR flight in the NIMBUS SIMULATIONS HUEY FOR X-PLANE. It was pure joy. I know its a smaller screen but this is a 4k video, I think in VR we need to see more up and down. We waited a long time for this and it looks and flies like a dream. It's a shame my voice over cant let the full sound come through. I have posted a flat screen version of a flight with no voice over at the usual helicopter simulation sites so you can hear what it sounds like Wonky's Blog! 66. This is the start off Low Level Heaven for me. Comparisons to DCS, I would just say the interior is softer, more used looking but in a good way. Flight dynamics just feel right. I am not a real world pilot but I would hope this is what it would have been like, minus the fear, smell, smoke, bullets, and vibration. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
