resolved Orbx Central 4.0.10 X-Plane migrate to library doesn't generate links

Issue:  

I noticed when using the "migrate to library" function in Orbx Central in conjunction with XP11, the files are correctly migrated, but symlinks are not created, and the entries are removed from scenery_packs.ini.

 

This can be fixed by running the "Very Files" function manually after migration; symlinks are then created, and the scenery_packs.ini entries are generated.
