If you have done a new install of XP then I suggest it would also make sense to do a reinstall of your scenery, if only to ensure that any anomalies that had appeared before, are not also replicated in the new installation. As @BradB says, make sure you have Orbx central 4.10. Once you have installed your scenery make sure you run XP upto the opening of the GUI and then shut down. Take a look at the scenery_packs.ini to make sure all is correctly layered. If you want you can attach it, and I will endeavour to review it for you.
