Dadtom65 Posted August 23, 2019 Share Posted August 23, 2019 OK was flying around the above airport in Oregon and noticed some scenery anomalies like deep cliffs. If you take off from the above airport at the 270 end of the runway they are just a short distance from the airport. One is like a bright green square on a hillside and the the other is a steep cliff edge. Quite funny watching cars go down it. Derek. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jon Clarke Posted August 23, 2019 Share Posted August 23, 2019 There is a sort of fix for the mesh issue on the org site: https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/29366-5s0-oakridge-state-airport/ The airport is old from 2015 and doesn't look that great in XP11.35. However if you download the file there is a seperate folder containing mesh for the airport. Unzip the file and place the mesh file directly under Global Airports, not "somewhere" below, but directly below. It will smooth out the current steep falls at the end and sides of the airport.
