percy Posted August 21, 2019 Share Posted August 21, 2019 I download and install central when I try to go to products I enter email and password then central says pick your sim and I do, p3dv4. After I pick the screen shows loading products then go back to log in page. central does this over and over again. When I request a new password I get the message you will receive an email but never do. Checking on orbx web site I can log in and email is correct. I am not sure how to proceed. percy Posted August 21, 2019 Author Share Posted August 21, 2019 I deleted the 3 programs and now the installer goes about 1/3 the way, with message installing please wait. Right click your date/time in the bottom right (on Windows) Ensure 'Set the time automatically' and 'Set the time zone automatically' are checked Under 'Synchronise your clock', click 'Sync now' Restart Orbx Central and attempt to log in If this fails please provide your central.log file which can be found here: Quote Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations, or by pressing Control + Shift + L.
