Not getting senior discount

I don't know if this is the right forum for posting this, but I applied for the senior discount more than a year ago. It was applied to the first thing I bought, but it hasn't been applied to anything I've bought since then. And I've bought a lot. 


How do I get the senior discount reinstated (I'm not getting younger!) and if this is the wrong forum, please move it to the right one. 





Your Central log file provides us important information, please attach it to your support requests. You can find it at the following locations, or by pressing Control + Shift + L.

  • Windows: %APPDATA%/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Orbx/Central/central.log
  • Linux: ~/.config/Orbx/Central/central.log

You can delete this box/quote once your log is attached

Nick, I applied for the senior discount in March 2018. It was approved (see below). And then I never got it again.


EDIT: That help page didn't help at all. I've already gone through all that. I've since filed a support ticket - I hope that solves the problem.
