Guest Josh Koz
Hi Tom, According to your log file, Central can't resolve your APPDATA environment variable to your AppData path. We're implementing a check in an soon-to-be-coming patch to fallback if it can't resolve this path. Are you able to open a command prompt and type in the following: echo %APPDATA% This should then print out a path and if so, confirm for us that this issue may not be isolated to your PC. Nick Cooper
I would think that is at the root of all your other unsolved problems with FTX Central. Hopefully Josh will be able to help you out.

Mitchell Williamson
Hi Tom, It would appear your AppData path in your Windows installation isn't set. Orbx Central 4.0.2 was released last night and may resolve your issue. It should update when it launches. You may need to reinstall it from https://orbx.to/central. If you encounter any future issues, let us know and we'll see if we can troubleshoot any further.

tom2rific
Thank you Nick had a look in regedit and it appears that I do not have a "User Shell Folders" in HKCU perhaps this is my issue
Nick Cooper
Indeed, it looks like a problem with Windows that I have not seen before . How about trying to create yourself a new User account, that should provide you with new and undamaged folders and you can start again. If it works, then you can eventually delete the old account.
