Nick Cooper Posted July 30, 2019 Share Posted July 30, 2019 For your future reference: If you first try a search for a problem, which is very rarely unique to one customer and you find yourself unable to find an answer, the next step is to visit the forum for the simulator or utility that you are having the problem with. If you still don't find a solution then by all means post a support request in the forum for the simulator or utility that you have the problem with and include as much detail as possible, including where relevant any logs or error reports. If this is done, the support staff or developers can then concentrate on trying to solve the problem instead of having to ask follow up questions to establish the facts. Thanks.
