Gavinc Posted June 7, 2019 Share Posted June 7, 2019 Hi, Recently picked up Ireland and Northern Ireland during the most recent madness sale. I installed them in P3Dv4.4 (where I already have Global, England, Scotland and Wales installed) but when I started flying I noticed that some of the airfields I used had issues with not fitting into the surrounding landscape correctly (runways deep in canyons or floating above ground etc). When I dug a little deeper I noticed that England Scotland and Wales have 4 directories in the ORBX\FTX_EU folder (05_scenery, 06_cvx, 07_mesh, 08_custom) Ireland and Northern Ireland have only 05_scenery, 06_cvx & 08_custom and are missing 07_mesh. Is it worth doing an re-installation from my backup (I'd like to avoid re-downloading if I can as I am on a limited bandwidth link) or is this normal for Ireland? Here is an image of Aldergove airport outside Belfast And this is Connemara in Western Ireland There are other airports that are fine but these are a couple I have come across so far.
