FTX central Crash to Desktop

I was attempting to fix an issue I believe was being cause my Orbx scenery not being installed into the right location or corrupted, the issue I had in the sim was various patches over the scenery ground was showing different seasons, also different times of day etc. When I went to verify the libraries I got an error and a message to attach a log file that will be created if your able to let me know what happened and if your aware of an issue like I've described help would be much appreciated.

 

Also, i have recently updated to P3D 4.5 and to do so a fresh install but to a different location than where the previous version is located.

Hi

 

The error is "The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\scenery.cfg' because it is being used by another process."

 

So please be sure your sim is completely shut down before operating FTX Central 3
