Your screen shot is not showing the whole message which is not that the .ter file is missing but a .dds file. Please have a look at this troubleshooting topic. I have the same problem with TEGB North! downloaded verified files and informed download installed correctly? however upon starting xplane missing file msg appears? have reinstalled twice without any luck? have read previous files re this but that they pertain to TEGB South? how do I sort this problem? The prerequisites are the same for TEGB South, Central and North and if they are all in place, the products install correctly first time. Here is the link again.
