active FTX Central 3

I have used FTX Central 3 to download and install Orbx True Earth England South. The files download ok but the I get the following:

 

System Error Texconv.exe

The code execution cannot proceed because  MSVCP120.dll, MSVCR120.dll, VCOMP120.dll cannot be found

Reinstalling may fix this problem

 

 

I have deleted the scenery files and start again with FTX Central but the same answers come up. Can you help
