Kampfflieger
Good Morning, after Windows had been checked my harddisk while booting it "repaired" some files accidently. P3dV4 was not working correctly after that so I reinstalled the client and content - it works again. While testflying I saw a black ground textures and some black autogenbuildings, everytime on same position. Yesterday I have tried go to FTX Central and start "Verify Files" for FTX Central, It will be found some missing files and start the download, but the install hangs now and will be unable to abort it. Any idea ? Thx for help and sorry for my english. BR Henrik ftxc3.log
Doug Sawatzky
Hi Henrik Are you trying to start FTX Central while FTX Central is already running? Cheers Doug
Kampfflieger
Hi Doug, no, just started FTX Cental once. After checking harddisk with chkdsk FTX Global Base Verify works ok. But it seems there is a hardware error on my harddisk. I try do make a backup on new hdd with help from a friend and assign the new hdd as the old one for windows. In best case i do not need to reinstall entire P3dv4 , your stuff etc ( ca.450 GB ) . In worst case i have to install everything new but have a new and larger disk... thx for help in advance Cheers, Henrik
