CharlieF Posted October 14, 2018 Share Posted October 14, 2018 Try verifying your files using FTX Central. I had this problem and used the verification file option. Nick Cooper Posted October 14, 2018 Share Posted October 14, 2018 Hello Charles, I had assumed that the download was complete. This is a huge download followed by a huge amount of file conversion. It will take a long time, hours in some cases, even after the download. At times, FTX Central may look as if it is doing nothing but until it tells you that the product is installed and up to date, it is not installed or up to date. If the customer assumes that the installation is finished, instead of waiting for the notification that it has, the next time FTX Central is opened it may report that the product is installed but because there are still parts missing, it will not work. For your information and that of other customers, it is vital that once the installer has been started, it is not interrupted or the result will be as now being reported, missing files.
