Hi Nick

Can my order for TE-GB be cancelled as something has gone wrong with the order.  No monies have been deducted at my Bank, but the money is placed on hold for the payment to be taken.  Once the order at your end is cancelled the money will be released back into my account.  I can then re-order and hope the new purchase will go ahead without mishap.  Thanks again for your help..
