VASI / PAPI Approach Lights too dim / small

Did anyone else notice the approach lights seem too dim and small from a distance? I own several Orbx airports and all the approach lights seem that way. I am using FSX SE. Most settings maxed out.

 

Btw at Tellurite the approach lights show all red unless I come in real high. Doesn’t seem right. Anyone could concur on that?

Do you use any REX products?

 

There is some adjustment of the light type and size available in some REX products such as Rex Essentials, Texture Direct, and Airports HD.

 

Can you post a pic or a few pics of what you are seeing and where?

No I do not use REX products. On second look, it could be that maybe I was used to seeing the big blooms of the old FSX even from afar.

 

At Orbx airport, in day time, the lights are small and somewhat dim until one gets rather nearer to the airports. Not sure if they are meant that way, even though they are visible.
