KSAN v2 Download failures

I have attempted to install KSAN v2 several times without success. On the last occasion I received a message that I should sent %localappdata%\orbx\ftxc3.log to you but (a) I do not know where it is and (b) to whom do I send it?  On the previous time I was not available to see any messages but the download had seemingly finished but the software was not  in FTX Central display.  The download took a really long time.

I do not know what happened yesterday but I have tried to reinstall KSAN v2 this morning and it downloaded much quicker, went to completion and I have taxied around the airport without any problem.  I guess that it is working OK and therefore must thank you for your attention and say sorry for wasting your time.
