active FTX Netherland on the other disc than the rest FTX addons?

Hello!

I'd like to know is it possible to move this scenery after the installation of FTX Netherland True Earth to the other disc?

 

I have SSD for P3Dv4 (500Gb, "P" disc) only, now I have free 200 Gb still, but with Netherland I take next 80Gb and the place decreases. So idea is to have FTX Netherland True Earth on HDD only (2Tb, "E" disc), so outside P3Dv4 installation and the rest of ORBX addons.

 

Is it possible to move manually FTX Netherland and change a path? Will it work?

Hello,

yes it would work but it might be easier for you to move the Netherlands

files to the other drive and link them back into the ORBX folder with a

symbolic link. That way FTX Central would continue to work.

I hope only it will work, so I'd like to have all rest sceneries in orginal path (in P3D/ORBX..) and only N.True Earth move to new folder. Thx.

Ok, a little more free time.

Full success! It works. On my Windows 10 the links (on right click of mouse) looks a little different than in manual but it works. I stay with ORYGINAL "ORBX folder" and move only files of Netherlands TrueEarth. Great idea with this Symbolic Link. It may helps for the others:

Im impressed for this symbolic link, good idea if Your space of disc will be decrease.
