answered Rex Worldwide Airports Compatibility

Hello All,

 

I just downloaded the NA airports pack, it looks awesome on the smaller airports. But I am noticing lots of problems with Regional and larger airports,  basically anywhere a airline flies to or a airport that has a terminal. The airport scenery from Orbx is not showing up and its going back to the Rex scenery.

 

Now I have Rex worldwide to enhance all of those airports, any ideas on how to make it more compatible with orbx?

As per the below topic, REX WWA will overwrite the default buildings used in the Orbx freeware.

So basically, I have to disable the Rex Software to get the full effect of the orbx airports?

No, I don’t think so. The REX WWA only overwrites default buildings, so in the cases where Orbx has used the default buildings for the freeware airports, just those buildings will be overwritten....but I think there is more to the Orbx freeware airports then just the buildings....the Orbx freeware airports are upgraded in other ways and the default buildings are used....personally I prefer the addition of the REX buildings to the airports.
