Marcos Mota Posted May 20, 2018 Share Posted May 20, 2018 Yesterday this Open LC Europe was downloading perfectly, when i had a break in the house electricity circuit, and the computer had shut down immediately. Next morning when i tried to download it again, it did not work as it gives an interrupted download error. If this has happened to you, please give me a hand on fixing this. Doug Sawatzky Posted May 21, 2018 Share Posted May 21, 2018 Hi, welcome to the forums I would recommend opting into FastLane and upgrading to the newest version of FTXC3 as per the below topic. It has failed download resume abilities that are designed for power outages, and many other improvements. Then, Go to FTX Central 3 Settings. Click on the “Clear Temp” Button. Click on “Save”.
