Just open FTXCentral and you'll see it available to install in the appropriate continent section. After every purchase, the Orbx Direct system sends out an e mail to the customer's registered e mail address. As with all e mails, sometimes it might be blocked altogether by an ISP and more often, it might be placed into the ISP's junk folder or filtered out by the customer's own e mail settings. If you have looked everywhere and do not see the e mail and you feel the need for a receipt, you can visit your own account page and click on the info tab to see and print if you wish, the same information that is contained in the e mail.
