No Receipt

if you're thinking you need a key or serial from on the receipt, then no worries. Just open FTXCentral and you'll see it available to install in the appropriate continent section. FTX Central takes care of all the validation for you, so no keys/serials needed since they moved to that mode.

Hello Harry,

welcome to the forums.

 

After every purchase, the Orbx Direct system sends out an e mail to the customer's registered e mail address.

As with all e mails, sometimes it might be blocked altogether by an ISP and more often, it might be placed into

the ISP's junk folder or filtered out by the customer's own e mail settings.

 

If you have looked everywhere and do not see the e mail and you feel the need for a receipt, you can visit your own

account page and click on the info tab to see and print if you wish, the same information that is contained in the e mail.

 

Product information

  • Transaction ID: is here
  • Product: your product
  • Amount paid: its cost in AU dollars
  • Purchased at: Date Time
  • Quantity purchased: 1

Thanks Nick you read my mind have already done so. Just a little strange this is the first receipt that hasn't arrived.

 

I have no settings in this em account too stop junk mail it's a free for all from 1994
