As mine are different I am now blocked from migrating my products. Surely if I can provide my purchase details and my email address for the purchases has my name in it ORBX could provide an alternative approach as per migrating box sets some time back. I was a little confused as to whether if the purchased email was different I would not be able to convert but that is all ok now. I will have a go at the uninstall of my Iblueyonder products (including the .dll you mention elsewhere) and see how I go. Thanks for tracking this and a huge thanks for your great sceneries!!!!
