mike4370
I have been an ORBX customer for quite a long time now. I have tried numerous times to buy scenery since the method of purchasing has gone from the flightsimstore to the ORBX website and it seems I can no longer do so. I see that there are three credit cards accepted. Visa, Mastercard, American Express. I use a Mastercard. When I try to purchase a scenery, it tells me my card does not support this type of purchase even though I'm using a Mastercard. (the same card by the way that I used when I've purchased scenery before the switch from the flightsimstore to ORBX website)
Nick Cooper
Hello, other customers have stated that after they had contacted their card provider and explained what they want to do, the purchase has been approved. Perhaps you might try that.

You have a very wise bank. One of the basic "rules" of debit card use is to never use it on the internet. - especially for a foreign transaction. Lots of folks will disagree, but if you do your homework I think you'll find this to be the only reasonable choice.......................Doug
