christiaan Posted March 1, 2018 Share Posted March 1, 2018 I bought the DVD Australia V3 Full Terrain many years ago, however I cannot find the invoice. All my other ORBX products I found the purchase details in my accounts. I am more than certain I bought it from Full Terrain Australia ( I live in Europe). Could it be because it was not transferred from the old website to the new FTX. The product is installed in my FSX yet it is not in my FTX Central3, please see attachments. Any suggestions. I remember that a few years ago I thought that I saw a message that they were not allowed to sell ORBX products anymore, I may be mistaken on this matter. Nick Cooper Posted March 1, 2018 Share Posted March 1, 2018 Thanks. From your image of FTX Central, it looks like your copy of Australia isn't installed. You could, if it is installed, update it using the link below. You don't use FTX Central to install these updates and you will end up with the latest version and have no need to pursue this problem unless you want to install to P3D later versions. You can do the same with Cairns and New Zealand. We no longer have access to the Flight Sim Store FTX purchase records, so I can't check if you bought the Australia DVD there. MY DVD Australia SP3 is installed in FSX, and working fine, and not in FTX ORBX so I presume that I can download the updates. There are two updates OrbxFTXAU410 & FTXAUSP4.003.PATCH.exe Do I need to installed both and if so in which order. For NZ North & South and Cairns DVD's I have the original detailed invoices. You will find that when unzipped, they have installers, which you should use instead of FTX Central. If you want to transfer your licences for the others, then there is the "crossgrade" process, as in the link below. christiaan Posted March 2, 2018 Author Share Posted March 2, 2018 Hi Nick, I had an external hard disc where I had put a lot of FlightSim stuff on going back to 2009. It took a while but I found an image of a payment for Australian, it was €130 including the postage. I have just put in a request for the four licences I needed. It was from SimWare Simulations.
