airport elevation corrections

Recommended Posts

During a reinstallation of FSX on a  windows 7 OS, the Vector airport elevation correction, after a lot of normal corrections, has suddenly

thrown up  a unhandled exception Microsoft framework.net dialog box ie:-

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Any assistance appreciated

Thanks for your prompt reply Nick,  puzzling since  I did another force migration in FXCentral3, I am no longer

getting the "Unhandled exception message, but on using the Airports elevation corrections it runs  normally

 for 2 seconds flat, and no ICAO codes are displayed in the disabled box.

Possibly it's broken, please come back to this topic if you encounter

Vector AEC "effects" at your airports.

If you wish, you can get FTX Central to check and repair your Vector installation.

Go to ORBX\User documents\Versions and delete FTX_GLOBAL_VECTOR_PACK.txt.

Run FTX Central, Vector will show as not installed, click on Install product.

There is no error message in that text.

I bought New Zealand north & south for fsx steam. I cannot install it, can you help please.

Central does not work, computer closes after a few seconds.
