TheAviator Posted November 28, 2009 Share Posted November 28, 2009 Hi, I have already installed the SP3 AUBLUE demo and all the freeware airports, and they are awesome. However, now I am buying the SP2 Avalon Airshow DVD and will have to install it. Having a look around, it seems that the best method would be to uninstall everything, install the SP2 FTX DVD, install anything else that I have that is non-SP3, then download the two SP3.000x updates and THEN put on the SP3 freeware airports again. John Dow Posted November 28, 2009 Share Posted November 28, 2009 I may stand corrected but I think if you just install the SP2 DVD incl Avalon, then run the SP3 patches, you should have everything in correctly. You can check afterwards that the OZx scenery is above the FTX stuff in the scenery library. Should not need to uninstall. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Hotspot Posted November 28, 2009 Share Posted November 28, 2009 Fwiw - I had the four areas installed on mine and just ran the SP2 Avalon DVD over the top of them and it installed with no hassles straight away - so I would just install it and then add the patches.
