cdjung1 Posted January 19, 2018 Share Posted January 19, 2018 I purchased and installed KCGX and LOWI without issue. However after purchasing KMRY it shows as grayed out in FTX Central. After logging into my account online, KMRY properly shows as purchased. Clicking the "Download Via FTX Central" link from the product page launches FTX Central, but it does not permit me to initiate a download of the scenery. My settings in FTC Central only has "Use multiple threads for downloads [Beta]" checked. I have not checked "Only show products that I have installed" and I have not checked "Only show products that are in my OrbxDirect account." Just for an experiment I tried checking "Only show products that are in my OrbxDirect account" and KMRY does NOT show up under North America in FTX Central. Indicating to me that perhaps the system is not registering my purchase. I tried getting help on the purchase side and was told it was a technical support issue.
