At times we have some compatibility problems checking FSS Order Numbers. It would be great if you could take a moment at some point to go to your OrbxDirect.com Account and copy and paste a Transaction iD into your Signature. It is preferable if you remove the FSS Order Number if possible, this allows the Orbx Team to quickly validate your account and ensure we are all on the same page with one style of Validation. It would take us a very long time to do this for the increasing number of new customers as well as those who have been with us for some time.
