hi i have this error when updating my global base pack from orbx, as well i have also installed YMML and YBBN scenery from orbx that i have purchased and i dont seem to see it in the library files, when i launch fsx at either one of these airports it loads default scenery, is there any solution.

Please install the Orbx Libraries which you can find in your FTXC3 circled in red in the example below image.

Also, which sim are you using?

The product purchase transaction ID which you can find in your Orbx Direct account or from your FSS account depending on where you purchased the product, any one of them, just one is required. You should also have gotten an email with it. If you purchased the product from the FSS it will be called an Order number.
