We needed some speed and carrying room and power for story purposes, so had to go to a larger choice in the end. Now we've got to figure out how to include all the other excellent choices listed above. This story may get complicated! Thanks to all who chimed in! Eclex Posted December 4, 2017 Share Posted December 4, 2017 I have two taildraggers: Carenado C185 and Milviz Beaver. The DH-2 works for me just fine. But the C185 will not land for me. It always flips over at any ground speed over 10 MPH. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong with this plane? I set the brake controller to half speed in the P3D menu with no improvement. I then found that I could slow down using repeated short taps of my finger on the flightstick assigned 'brake button'- but that's a workaround, not a solution.
