Kilstorm Posted October 26, 2017 Share Posted October 26, 2017 Moving out of P3Dv3.4 and into v4.1 and have seen, read and used post in the FAQ on how to remove regions and airports. I would like to now remove Vector, Global and NALC but fear it will cause an issue so I would like to uninstall it correctly. I dont think I saved my original files that Global replaced. So not sure exactly the best way to uninstall these files and seek advice. The reason for wanting to remove them is two fold, first to free up SSD space and second is because of the recent CTD a couple MS updates are causing P3Dv3. Nick Cooper Posted October 26, 2017 Share Posted October 26, 2017 You can uninstall FTX Vector and OpenLC using FTX Central. You can also uninstall FTX Global but if you made no backup. there will be files missing. You could just leave it in place, it has very little impact on the simulator folder size, as it is replacement and not additional textures.
