Fischkopp
Have I overlooked something? Why a patch release for ESSA Dynamic Lightning for P3D V4, if ESSA is not yet capable of P3D V4? It's a little confusing if a patch is released for a software that is not yet officially available.
Mohamed Amin
ESSA and all the orbx airports have been available since the first week of august! Please check this out:
Fischkopp
Hello Mohamed, you are right but it is for users who are not registered for the Open Beta and now looking in FTX Central for the airport and the patch nevertheless confusing. An indication in the release announcement of the patch would be very helpful.
simdown42
I agree Fischkopp. Somewhat confusing for those not working with the Open Beta. Perhaps a note saying "For participants in Object Flow Open Beta"
Nick Cooper
Hello, If one has not opted in to the beta, one will not see the airport in FTX Central for P3D v4 and therefore there will be no update message and no way to apply the update. If one sees the message and does not have P3D v4, the update can be applied in the certain knowledge that the will be no changes made that affect their simulator. If one is still not convinced, one can simply place the attached file into ORBX\User documents\Versions, allowing it to overwrite and the update notification will go away.
