wizzards Posted August 31, 2017 Share Posted August 31, 2017 hello, I have both P3d v3 and v4 installed,I need to remove v3 as my 500gb ssd is full,i have read on these forums that its best to leave v3 installed due i believe file,s are shared,as I have in v3,135 gb Orbx data in v4 I have 135 gb Orbx data, but v3 shows approx 3000 more files,if I just uninstall or delete the Orbx data in p3d v3 what will I loose from from v4 and how will i know what to reinstall,also what is the best/safest method of removing Orbx from v3 many thanks Peter Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If one is installing a product to a simulator and there is already an installation on the PC, some of the files will be used from that during the installation to reduce the need to download so much. Once the installation is complete, there is no further need for the existing files. If you wish to uninstall P3D v3, please go ahead and do so.
