noted Quito, Ecuador snow tiles.

While exploring openLC SA, I have come across a couple areas of what appears to be snow outside Quito, Ecuador.  

Sim date is 29 July (dry season).  Weather is ASN, but snow is still there with P3D "clear" weather selected.

 

I looked at Google Earth and didn't see anything white (like salt?) in the area so I assume it is snow being generated in error.

Quito is within a few km of the equator, so even with its high elevation, snow shouldn't be there.
