Jon Clarke Posted July 27, 2017 Share Posted July 27, 2017 I just bought OLC SA and manually downloaded it. Opened Central and chose the Install from Manual download copy. Pointed to the folder concerned. Central found the folder and started the install process but on many occasions it was downloading. I am not confused about the sometimes mixed message where it is not actually downloading but extracting etc, but this time it was definitely downloading because I have Network meter installed and it was showing instances of downloads at various MBs during installation.What was it downloading?
