MarkyG
I'm trying to launch the control panel for FTX Vector and get the following message "No installed simulator was found on your system! FTX configurator will now exit!". I am running windows 10 and have the FSX SE version. Would anyone know why I am getting this message? Thanks. Doug Sawatzky
Hi, Please use the FSX Registry Utility found a this link https://www.tweakfs.com/store/free_tools.php and use the "Set Path" option and point it to your FSXSE installation. MarkyG
Hi Doug. I'm trying to use the VECTOR configuration tool, but the button is just greyed out, it doesn't launch when I click on it. I've run the Reg utility tool again and that seems fine. Would you know how I can get this button to work again. Thanks, Mark.
Doug Sawatzky
Hi Mark The most common reason for this is that your antivirus has quarantined the .exe file. Cheers Doug
MarkyG
Hi Doug. Yes, just checked my antivirus log and it had quarantined the file. Thanks very much for the quick response, all working now. Mark.
