" Unhandled Exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediately". 'Cannot create a file when file already exists'. I would be very grateful if someone could clear the problem for me. I would at this time thank you and all of your staff with expertise who help us, through troubled times, with our computers and software, which some of us are alien too. I can't wait to get started on your suggested fix. I will let you know ASAP. I just have to wait for my elderly mate ( who's as thick as me with these things) to get back home and both of us old fellows stumble around and see if we can follow the instructions given to us.
