resolved FTX Global Vector Install Error

Hi,

I am looking for some technical help.

Installing Global Vector 120 I receive error at the end for Microsoft. NET Framework.

Also, I purchased all my ORBX products from www.flightsimstore.com. How do I get updates?

 

I am on Windows 10 OS.

Hello and welcome to the forums.

This type of message is usually the result of an attempt to install

a Vector update where the full product has not been installed.

 

The answer to your question about updates is contained in this topic.

I did follow the instructions for transfer and it is with same email as I use here.

The system just says its sorry it doesn't seem like I have anything to tranfser and then the transfer button dissapears.

I can provide the receipts for the purchases, if that helps.

I have purchased:

ORBX FTX Global Base

ORBX FTX Vector

ORBX EU_NORorway

ORBXopenLC_Eu

 

Any help would be great.

As far as the error message when installing Vector.

I installed the file downloaded from FSS, OrbxFTXGlobalVECTOR130

When updating the Microsoft.NET Framework the error comes. When I press Ignore the install says complete and I exit.

When I then try to install the upgrade it stops right away saying no Vector is installed on the computer.

 

So I am at a bit of a loss here.

If we can sort that out, you will be able to properly update Vector with FTX Central v3.

Thank you for your help.

It was me not realizing that an email from FSS would ask for me to approve the transfer of data.

This is now done and I believe all is fine.
