BrzI
After upgrading Global Vector via FTX Central when I try to run autoconfiguration I get this : Cannot create a file when that file already exists. Full error message attached. I also notice that the button to configure FTX Global Base Pack is greyed out. What should I do ? error.txt
Nick Cooper
Hello, For the Vector problem, please read this. For the greyed out FTX Global Base Pack control panel, it is the same for everyone. There is no control panel.
spesimen
hi. i have the same issue. however, deleting the files listed in the workaround from that other post did not fix it. cheers, -andy crosby #FSS0341135
Dog4Zero
I had the same problem. I uninstalled vector, then went to FTX central and reinstalled it. It fixed the problem, however it did take a while to download vector again, about a hour and a half, but worth it and all is good in FTX Land. John Oh yea, make sure your Anti virus is off or paused. I think that's what caused my problem. When I reinstalled had my Kap paused.
