teddyrhea
After running the FTX Global BASE installer, it gets stuck at around 95%. The dialog box mentioning "please do not finish..." just sits there waiting for the wrapper to unwrap the files. This is the fifth time I am running the installer using 2 different downloads. Refer attached screeshot C drive has 45GB free space. Please suggest what to do next Regards Ted

Nick Cooper
Topics merged. You might try moving your windows temp files to a drive with more free space and disable any live anti-virus checking. Sometimes though, you just have to wait.
teddyrhea
As informed the C drive has 45GB of free space. Do I still need to move the windows temp files? I waited for 4 hours. No joy. Any other options? Regards Ted
wedge1047
Hi Ted, Did you click `OK` , that allows the installer to appear, you then run the installer and allow it to complete the installation before you close the wrapper. Cheers Reg welcome to the best forum in flightsimming.
Nick Cooper
Yes indeed, sorry, I assumed that you would have done that. My mistake.
