Nick Cooper
Hello, It means that there are already two files with the same name but a different file extension. It is usually caused by updating Vector without first resetting all the Control panel options to default. In fairness to you, no one from Pilot's or anywhere else has indicated that this is a requirement. The only reliable solution that I know of is to delete that whole ORBX\FTX_VECTOR folder and re-install the product. If any further updates need to be applied, this should be done before the control panel has been used or after it has been reset to default. FabioMagnoni
Thank you Nick, sorry for the late reply I was not at home to be able to try it. I just deleted the ORBX\FTX_VECTOR folder, opened FTX Central v3.1.0.1 and FTX Vector is showing there as it was already installed, but when I click to uninstall it I get an error message: "An unexpected error occurred. Please send ORBX staff the %LocalAppData%\ORBX\ftxc3.log"

FabioMagnoni
I think I found the solution, inside /ORBX/Documents/Versions and deleted the Vector_PACK file, now it showed as uninstalled inside Central v3
