Dog4Zero
I just installed KBHB Bar Harbor and I'm having an elevation issue. I have both vector and openLC NA compatibility checked in the config menu and ran the vector elevation tool and it's not working. I unchecked vector and openLC NA one at a time and ran the elevation tool each time, no go. I unchecked both and ran the tool, no go. I know it's an elevation problem, but I am out of things to try. Dog4Zero
Thanks that fixed the problem. I did use FTX Central on the download. It would seem the installer is not getting rid of those files yet.
Dog4Zero
I have another question. Will I have to go in and delete those files when there is an update to the airports?
Alex Goff
I wish I could say for certain after the last two months of trying to get rid of the freeware airport conflicts, but I really have no idea if FTX Central will perform these actions correctly. A fresh install of the freeware airports will supposedly lower their priority in the library and remove the Bar Harbor files.
FreeBird
I found UN installing the freeware airports and then reinstalling usually fixes those issues. Something about old installers or having old installations of it causes issues. This has been my approach. and in most cases fixes the issues. Dog4Zero
OK, Next time there is an update I'll keep both in mind. Thanks
