Ben McClintock Posted November 1, 2016 Share Posted November 1, 2016 Hi Navigator, Please use the following steps to get us an event log that will help diagnose your issue: Start Event Viewer (eventvwr.exe). This can be found in your start menu. Expand “Windows Logs” then click “Application”. Look for an error where the source is “.NET Runtime”.
