Gary
I am being prompted to update KJAC in FTX central by going to the FSS. I read an answer in a different thread to go to the FSS store and repurchase as a download. My problem is that I bought the software ( order # 492340) at FSPilotShop. There I checked my old purchase and was not offered a new download, just a link to ORBX support.
elmucki
then you should go there. Airport updates, among other updates can be found here for the most part. https://www.fullterrain.com/support
Gary
Sorry elmucki, I should have mentioned that I went to the support page first. For some reason the KJAC update is not on that site. I really am having a hard time understanding why some updates are on the support page and others need to be downloaded from the Flight sim store. elmucki
i saw that too now, it was worth a shot. and yea, its a bit weird that updates are not all the same, but i am sure the reason behind it is of whats best to ensure that only those who bought the product get the updates. Wait until FTX Central 3 is out, its worth the wait.
Nick Cooper
Was the product you bought on DVD or a download?
Gary
It is on DVD. I have four ORBX titles on DVD and plan on taking advantage of the cross grade offer through the FSS you mentioned earlier. This should solve the problem. Thanks for your help.
