GamingWithTomato
As you can see in the picture, things in the distance like houses, and trees don't load in. I have FTX Global Base and FTX OpenLC North America installed as well as the North American Freeware airports. I have also followed the recommended settings in the ORBX guide. How should I fix this? Thank you. 2016-9-17_18-39-23-770.BMP
Wolter van der Spoel
Hi, I can't make much from the attached screenie as it is so small and without knowing the coordinates it is a wee bit difficult to check it out are we talking fsX or P3D ? Have you installed the latest library files and run the force migration tool ?
GamingWithTomato
Here is a new Image. This image was taken in FSX. Most accurate position i can tell you about where this picture is taken was when I took the screenshot I was on approach to KSEA ,lined up with runway 16L about 13-15 miles out. I have installed the latest library files and I have ran the force tool 2016-9-17_18-39-3-401.BMP
Wolter van der Spoel
to get the coordinates to display hit Shift+Z then you can cycle through the display of the coords and fps info on screen which are displayed on the upper left corner of your screen
GamingWithTomato
2016-9-18_10-57-45-134.BMP so this picture coordinates are LAT: N47 27.51 LON: W122 18.46 you can see in the picture that things in the distance don't load in and are very blurry. Hope this helps.
Nick Cooper
I think what you are seeing is what you should expect to see. You might improve the quality by using anti aliasing which you do not have and perhaps anisotropic filtering. It is the nature of FSX that autogen does not display in the distance.
